There is a new proposal to revitalize Hudson's Bay Vancouver.
1.4 million sf with 12-storey office tower:

- 400,000 sf retail & dining, including new Bay store

The Hudson's Bay is one of the most beautiful and historic buildings in Vancouver, the most noticeable and prominent historic building on Georgia Street, it's imperative that we keep it and this is the best way. Architecturally the form is basic and light so it does not compete too much with the heritage building, and in that regard it's the outside that counts most. I'll accept it at that.
