Not sure why but this is way less than the estimates.
There is an undercount in all Census. 87,500-78,585 would be the rough undercount.

Victoria is up like 88% or something which is fantastic! Most communities in the province are up.

Has anyone seen any renderings for the apartment building going in at 50 Belvedere Ave which was recently torn down.
They approved an 18 unit for this same lot which will replace the 12 unit that was there.

APPROVED

50 Belvedere Avenue
Phase II: New 18-unit apartment building
Weymouth Properties Limited

The building must be at least 4 floors because they need to allow for parking.

NEWS from APM/Killam

Moving some things around. A new Sophora and rumoured Lululemon.

"Exciting news today for Royalty Crossing as we have signed off on more new deals:
A new Tim’s & a new Wendy’s to be built and a new BMO branch, all in our parking lot to be followed by a couple of other retail announcements soon."

So BMO is moving out of the mall, thats a smart decision in my opinion. I wonder what could go where Wendy’s currently is. Perhaps would be a good location for second cup, as I know they want to expand.

Does anybody know if there is a way to see the leasing map for the mall now as well?

DENIED

The appeal to IRAC by Doug MacArthur against the Sherwood Crossing townhouses, etc. has been turfed out.
It never ceases to amaze me how narrow minded people can't see the impact they have on people trying to find a place to live.

DENIED

Another APM antagonist, Don Reid, was sent packing by IRAC for his appeal to the Sherwood Crossing project.
Now that we have those two out of the way, let's get on with it!! I'm sure APM is glad to see those monkeys off their back. Probably not the last time though.
