That crack on the brick building to the east is looking pretty gnarly these days.

Also, I painted that black and white pixel train

Some of the 4th floor walls and posts are now poured on the west side. Will be interesting to see what pace they make given it is cookie cutter floors for the next 20. Also the floorplate is square and half the size of York's building on King just a block away. I suspect they will do 2 floors every 5 weeks which means around 50 weeks until they reach the top.

Now working on the 6th floor. Making good progress lately. Have also installed some braces which appear to have closed up the crack in the brick on the blue painted building next door on the east side. Not sure if this will be permanent or just temporary measure to shore up the neighbour building during construction.

Is there a forum mod who can change this thread title from PROPOSED to U/C ?

Super weird how this building is not set up against any street, but just in the middle of the block.

Thanks for the pics. I had no idea this building so far under construction. It has quite a small footprint so should rise quickly.

When are they going to begin construction of the other 2 towers?

Thanks for all the pictures Johnny. It may appear weird to be in the middle of the block like that, but given the surroundings, this one had to be built first before the other buildings in the complex. The frontage on Dundas was originally going to be a glassed in street front with that alley being the extended lobby for the building, but they have since decided to fix it up and make it an outdoor space to complement Dundas Place. Who knows how that will go, but I think that plan will look nicer than a 100 foot long glassed in walkway. The building will no doubt look out of place in its location until the other 2 are built, then I think it will look fine.

Is there not anyone who moderates the London forum?
This one's been under construction for years so the title should be changed accordingly by anyone who's able to do that.

I wouldn't expect the other 2 to start until after this one is done, considering its location in the middle of the block and access being pretty restricted to it. Plus, I would also have a bit of doubt in the financial ability of this guy to be able to actually build all 3 at once even if there weren't access issues. I don't know that he has built anything since the Reservoir Hill building or what he built before that.
