That B of A Plaza reno is a nice improvement. I just wish there was some street level activity in the area with so many office jobs. Hopefully the Tower Square renovation will bring in some compelling retail options.

Developments around Krog & Edgewood. I was by yesterday and also noticed some smaller construction equipment at Portman’s office site.

This was announced a long time ago but looks like it is finally moving forward with permitting.
1260 FOSTER STREET NW
Tribridge Residential and GF Hyphenate have announced plans to begin the first phase of an adaptive reuse project at the Goat Farm Arts Center. The existing buildings located on the south half of the development will remain and be renovated to include ~91,000 SF of office and art studio space. The development will include amenity areas, hardscape improvements, and utility connections as part of the project. The development’s hardscape will connect to the residential development that is about to begin construction on the northern half of the site and Museum of Contemporary Arts, that is expected to be submitted for LDP permit at the end of this year

Maybe they decided to start after the perpetual construction on Atlantic Yards/Microsoft is completed........in about 2029.

Funny that they installed computers almost a year ago. They will be obsolete and need replaceing a couple of times before they are ever used.

No kidding, what in the world is going on there? How many years does it take to pour a sidewalk?

Based on the status of their permit, starting construction this month does not appear to be likely. They still have a ways to go before they are approved to move forward.

The mural is definitely the worst part, but yeah this design in general is meh. Glad to have more neighbors coming to the neighborhood though. They’ll probably clear off those trees adjacent the building shortly.

Forgive me, is that PCM building going to be on top of the parking structure they built years ago?

The design reminds me of the Ritz Carlton downtown.

I say that design fits pretty well with the building's dull, industrial looking surroundings.

I like the 80s look, it’s different. Glad to see some high rise living starting to go up in this part of town.
