Thanks for the update pics! Glad to see the progress and surprised to see those ground floor commercial spaces are gonna have high ceilings.

looks more complicated, I thought the fin-type things would be added on similar to that building on Georgia.

I think it will turn out better than The Cardero.
The fact that the projections are structural means that more thought will have been put into it than the "add-on" fins at The Cardero.
The balcony edges / fins on the corner already look really good.

Wow... this is far more expensive work that adding fins like at Cardero by Bosa... all that non-repetitive concrete work is $$$

I think this is going to look seriously good when complete.

Having the "fins" done in concrete really elevated this build for me.

Very stoked to see the final product, hopes are high.
