Man, that first full trading floor is tall.

This is the year that this tower begins to rise up and take us on a ride to the top. Buckle up.

I hope this rendering is inaccurate as I think it looks bad (unbalanced).

That was more of a concept of the tower than an actual rendering. Too many floors, with no mechanical floors being a giveaway.

All we have to go on as far as what’s actually being built are the images from the DOB.

Observation Deck

Does anyone know if this building will have an observation deck near the top like at One Vanderbilt or 30 Hudson Yards? I actually think there should be one as this building will become one of the tallest in the city and an observation deck would be a revenue generator.

Doubt it. This is JP's HQ. And none of the renderings are showing anything of the sort. Now those are unofficial, and things change but we'll just have to wait and see as nothing official has been released yet.
However 350 Park down the street has a bar at the top, which (if built to the rendering, we'll see about that) would be an amazing spot for views of the growing Midtown East and the ever taller 57th street.

I seriously do think that a public observation deck would be a good idea for the top of the JPMORGAN Chase Headquarters as this building will dwarf other supertall buildings in the area.

No observation deck.

It would be cool, but then I realized that this tower is a couple of blocks away from One Vanderbilt and 175 Park. If that observation deck came to fruition, then we would have 8 observation decks in total (including the one from the Chrysler building, 418 11th avenue, and the one in Times Square) in NYC.

JPMC doesn’t need revenue from an observation deck, and they certainly don’t want the hoi polloi lingering around their tower.

This icon will be the Cathedral of Finance, and JD’s suite at the top will be like Zeus’ throne on Mt. Olympus.

It's nice that they put the client center at the very top. That's where the deals will be made and the champagne is popped.

$26000 for the dinner sides, EJ entertainment, ect.

Point is, deals will be made up there and Dimon understands the importance of views and height to elevate new deals.
