Compare the Coquitlam images with Waterloo. Similarly drastic changes, but in Coquitlam's case, the public realm has also been improved and made more urban, whereas in Waterloo you have the same shitty stroads and hydro poles as when it was suburban sprawl. Just with fewer trees.
