Yeah, that 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵. But they'll still have plenty of people-watching with the Beltline crowds. One view I really miss was the rooftop on the westside Six Feet Under. Before that meh building on Northside Drive went up, there was a tremendous view of midtown and downtown.

The one I'm looking forward to is the rooftop on 222 Mitchell. That's gonna be amazing

Well, the office component seems to be maintaining a high level of quality similar to the renderings... so far. So I'm feeling confident about the other two portions - although the hotel does seem ripe for some VE from the budget department given it's really bold design. Hopefully, if all goes as planned, the bar will be set even higher for this area with this high-end project. I don't know if it's me or not, but this particular project has an almost foreign vibe to it, as if it were designed by some European design firm. We could use a little more of this boldness in Midtown.

I cannot wait for the infusion of retail this development will bring.

Biggest difference I’ve noticed with the office is the rendering has 4 floors per third of the “H” (with black screening), meanwhile only has 3 floors per third of the “H” in actuality.

Residential seems to be the same quality so far. You can see recessed facade at the locations consistent with the renderings at least.

Not looking forward to the surface parking lot nor the new on street parking, but otherwise looks to be a great project for the neighborhood.

The elevator they put in to replace the ramp though has been out of service for two months or so. That’s the biggest pain I’ve noticed.

I didn’t notice this before, but some of the renderings have 9 floors above the lobby, and others show 13 floors. Looks like we got the lesser floor count. You would think with rents at PCM as they are, they would have gone for the taller structure

yeah this looks fantastic! i'm so happy to see that they didn't cut corners in the 11th hour. definitely the place to do things right with all the visibility in this area.

Agree. This is such a great project for the city.
The transformation of the area in a relatively short period of time is just unreal.

Glad they extended the street grid and are closing that other road off from traffic eventually. The area around Howell Mill would have benefited from extending their grid, too.

I’m looking forward to what retail comes to this project.
