Man... gotta give props where props are due. Southern Land Company just GETS 🞵🞵🞵🞵 DONE, and I'm happy to have them here, so invested in Philadelphia.
In the time they've gotten 4 highrise projects up and running (3601 Market, The Laurel, 1620 Sansom and now this, 418 Spring Garden), only one other developer outside of the major universities and hospitals has done that: Brandywine Realty Trust... no other major developer in Philadelphia has done the same. Maybe PMC has too? But still... my point still stands, as their projects are typically not as exciting until River Walk towers.
