That briefing was a complete mess and a couple of very outspoken The Planning Commission members once again showed that they are anti-urban NIMBY activists instead of arbiters of the city's development regulations. Questioning if people would want to live over coffee shops, or near their places of work? Come on!
And each of them will go on and on about affordable housing, and poo-pooing urban densities while living in large single-family homes in some of the most expensive neighborhoods in the City.
