The final height/design wasn’t up for approval. It won’t be more than 1,646 ft. I’m sure the design is being finalized as we speak. And will be finalized again before it starts rising.

Awesome (and expected) news!

I guess this behemoth could be U/C by next year, no?

If they maintain the ~1,650 height even the occupied portion reaches about 1,500 which is insane

Will be interesting to see if the highest occupied floor breaks the CN Tower's 45-years-and-counting Western Hemisphere record of 1465'. This building might very well do it assuming they don't go the 1-Vandy route of leaving lots of unoccupied space on top.
