A bit of everything. Mostly residential with ground-floor retail, a bit of office space and I think a hotel. One of the retailers is a wildly successful chocolate company founded by Syrian refugees, and actually the surrounding area has a bunch of other small indie chocolatiers.
Edit: found an article confirming the hotel portion (Muir). It's paywalled but here's a few quotes:
Quote:
McCrea is confident that Muir will provide “the best hospitality experience on this side of the country.”
“I think we eschew the idea of calling ourselves five-star; we are an elevated hospitality and cultural experience,” he said.
“Maybe we’re 10 stars, I don’t know, but that’s for our customers to judge.”
There’s a different Nova Scotia oil painting in every room, as well as a locally made piece of pottery.
McCrea thinks of himself as an artist whose medium is buildings and believes “buildings are art.”

Room prices will start in the mid $300s. There are 32 room designs, including a suite called The Watch that is more than 2,000 square feet. Among its features are a 260-degree water view and a tasting room equipped with $1,000 bottles of wine.
The rate is negotiable.
“There’s not another space like it in Canada,” said Jason.

“As the project evolved it became clear that Nova Scotia had evolved, and I think that many people feel this in their gut, that we’re at a precipice, at the beginning of something different for this province and for the region. And Muir, hopefully, is a reflection of that.
“A modern, refined, progressive, dare I say cool, sense of Nova Scotia.”
