They added the bicycle lane after they started construction which makes even less sense

There should be no bike along Lougheed to begin with and this Nazi can take Central Valley Greenway like everyone else.

A major development company is cheaping out on street-use permits for road use and closures. Not cool.

A major construction company is privately using a public roadway and blocking traffic and a causing a safety hazard for bikes and cars alike because they're cheap and lazy. Also not cool.

I'd rather not have expert cyclists whizzing along at 30-40km/h on the Central Valley Greenway thanks. And east of Lougheed Town Centre, Lougheed Hwy is the only option.

Isn't the Central Valley Greenway a multi-use path for cyclists and pedestrians?

MUPs are great for exercise, casual trips, and socialization.

MUPs are often not great for commuting, especially since in the flats there it's easy to have cyclists going at the speed quoted.

Just saw a video from 2015 of some sections and it looks horrible even as a MUP

On top of all that, the CVG between Gilmore and Douglas is ???????????

Lougheed is the main thoroughfare unless you want to meander around Still Creek.

Also, what if you want to bike to a destination near Lougheed?? Not everyone is traveling 'through' a neighbourhood.

I was wondering why is there a mechanical room in every unit. Typically there's just one mechanical and one electrical room on each floor in other condos I've had experience with in the past.

I don't think it is a mechanical 'room', I think they are just specifying the space that will be taken up by piping and wiring travelling between floors. You need some big pipes to service a 60 storey building.

Strange that it is shown on the suite plan though.
It should be common property, not strata lot square footage.

Could it be conduit for air conditioning (?)

Side note:
Interesting that the Gilmore Place Commercial webpage has a pic of a Cactus Club Cafe sign
(after its exit from Amazing Brentwood)

it is just across the street, i would be surprised if they didn't move, that site must be getting ready to get redeveloped soon.

Could that be the location of the heat pump?
