Here's a few more from historicdetroit.org.

There's two postcards each with a different name for this one. One is Arts Building, while the other is Aviation Town & Country Club Building.

Finance Building, planned for the northeast corner of Fort and Shelby. This site was later occupied by the former Federal Reserve Building, built in 1927. The shorter building on the right was demolished for the Federal Reserve's addition. Here's an old photo of it.

Here's a proposal from 1970 by Albert Kahn for the northeast corner of W. Grand Blvd. and Second Ave, now home of the New Center One building built in the '80s. Looks to be about 30 floors and also would have included a parking garage. Fisher-New Center Company were the ones making the proposal.

Did you know that One Detroit Tower was originally intended to have a twin? Instead we got a lame parking deck.

Here's something I've never seen before. The only info is that it was to be called the Comstock Building and was designed by Albert Kahn. I can't find anything else:
