LOL I had the same experience at Esso. I was really near empty, and hadn't gotten gas since before the floods, so wasn't sure how it would work. I am not a big car guy, I don't really pay attention to how many litres my car usually takes, I honestly never look at that number and wouldn't have a clue. So I did go past 30L almost as a test, but also because I drive a long way to work, so really needed to fill-up, it was hoarding or planning for a big trip somewhere. But I did feel guilty a bit still. It ended up at 41L

Do other gas stations actually shut the pump off at 30L, like automatically stops at 30L?
