619 is a hodgepodge for sure. I like the massing though - there are a few other towers on Yonge that are making use of setbacks. Gives it a bit more articulation than the typical banded-balcony box. With some refinement into a more coherent vision it could end up half-decent.
I'm sure Atrium will be filled with Ryerson students with well-to-do parents paying for their apartments.

This could be said of any building.

The materials at least seem to be pretty clearly defined from the renders - and I'm confident in the execution given a competent architect's ability to properly specify & detail.
I'm more worried that this is far from the final design and that it'll go through the inevitable process of being value-engineered to where we end up with a G+C spandrel box.
