Thanks!
Looks like only 10 floors in that podium, which is 1 floor less (below the transfer slab) compared to this:

Seems very unlikely this tower is still 177 metres.

...and 6 less than the rendering in the previous page.
Although that was back when the podium was supposed to have hotel program as well, instead of all office before they got rid of the hotel altogether.

This is like the incredible (or constantly) shrinking tower.
Yeah, it's doubtful it's going to reach to originally cited 177m.
(unless some of those podium floors got transferred to residential floors in the main tower and even then, residential floors are typically still usually shorter than office or hotel).

It wouldn't surprise me one bit if it ends up being the same height as (or shorter than) Metroplace tower.
(which is funny when you consider that the rendering shows it massively dwarfing the Metroplace Tower next door. Its like when they first released the first renders of the Sun Towers I tower showing it considerably taller than Metroplace, only for it to end up being several floors shorter)

Maybe they are back to 53 total floors like the design change in-between was?

AFAIK they have not sold the upper floors so perhaps they have designed the structure, parking M&E etc... so that they can add more floors if the market dictates, which so far it seems strong enough to do so.

In the document released for the 6450 Telford site the height was noted to be 158.5m, so that is clearly what the City had at that time, but things can change.

Looks like 11 to me, they are counting the lobby as 1 and 2 since there is a second floor to the south of the double height lobby.

Ceiling

Is it just me or is the ceiling on the 12th floor lower than the 13th?

I think it's an illusion because the transfer slab (top of the podium) sticks out more than the slab above.
If you look at the transfer slab corners, they do not line up with the ones above.

Glass is going up on one of the upper podium floors. It looks very true to the renderings with a black spandrel sliver on both top and bottom.

The whole tower is gaining height quickly and there are still way over 30 floors to come!

Nice one, great perspective, thanks!
That office podium will be just steps from SkyTrain!

Yeah, this one is starting to feel really tall now. Can't wait for the tower between Highline and Metroplace to go up to fill the area!

This one is going to feel seriously tall once completed. It already does and there is plenty more to come.
