The Terminal Plaza office complex consisted of two office buildings, seven and eight storeys tall on the site of the original CNR station in downtown Moncton. It lost its CN signage about 25 years ago when CNR radically downsized their presence in Moncton. Crombie REIT now own the complex. The eight storey building has been completely rejuvenated and is now class A office space and contains several financial institutions including a large back office for Tangerine Bank. The seven story building is currently vacant, a little forlorn looking and is awaiting repurposing.
