The green space in the foreground is a park that is in the floodplain of the Don river valley.
It's impossible to say how many distinct skylines Toronto has. There are groups of highrise towers everywhere, often lining arterial roads from one cluster to the next. The view you're seeing actually shows 3 clusters, with another immediately behind the photographer's vantage point to the right.
The most significant secondary skylines, apart from downtown, would be Yonge and Eglinton, North York Centre, Mississauga city centre (Square One) and Humber Bay.
