Can't wait for this one to be finished.

Were you able to get a picture of the renovated building at Rideau and Charlotte? I drove past it the other day and it's almost done. I didn't have time to stop and get a shot.

Liking all the density along Rideau Street! Should be nice counterbalance to The Charlotte going up across the street.

Are they still planning to rehabilitate the brick house that was there? I haven't picked up on that in the picture updates.

The thread title needs to be adjusted to the new height and floor count

Construction of the Heritage House is slated to start late December or early January.

Oh, I see that they've started to "rehabilitate" the brick house.

Looks great. Happy to see a lighter brick as opposed to the standard dark palette. This project gets better and better.

That red brick podium looked awesome as I drove by today. This is a classy little building that looks great at street level.

She looks soooo good!

Sorry for the lousy photo.. the sun was beaming like crazy and it was hard to get a good angle.

For some reason on this face the bricks on the upper floors are strange... on the sides of the windows the bricks have a reddish tint in a seemingly random pattern. It's a little hard to see in the photo but if you look closely you can see it. Not sure what to make of that.

The red tint is the dust from the bricks that have been cut. Once the brick is washed, it will look fine.

Almost looks like they are using original wood beams on the porch of the replicated old house.

Horrors! We are recreating historic architecture. Looks good in my eyes. Maybe we should consider that elsewhere. Hint Hint.
