Joking about DC building a Saddledome to honour Johnson or cowboy culture. On some level, I knew cowboy culture had some origins in Spanish culture. Lots of overlap between U.S. and Mexican heritage in the south-west.
What I did not know was that the Saddledome's shape was due to a building technique and that there were multiple similar facilities.
