The proposed Building height is 129m (which is livable units) the 136.4 is to top of penthouse.

Why would there be a distinguishing between the two - is the building not 136.4 then?

Terrific photos!

Nearly done the second row of horizontal cable bracing in the north end of pit. Should see the excavation go down to the bottom depth soon.

I actually don't work at the site. I was there testing/training some new equipment with my company. We picked up a Hilti Total Station.

But never know with that project, I might end up there a few times.

Most of the 3rd floor slab forming now up. Suspect steel rebar being installed now and we should see concrete pour very soon.

Have some of the 3rd floor slab now poured as they are forming 3rd floor posts now on the west side. Still have not dug the pit any deeper at the north end.

They have rebuilt the dirt ramp down into the pit along the west wall. Likely to allow heavy equipment to excavate the pit to its final depth along the east side.

Forming for 4th floor slab now starting on west side of south tower. Have also poured the north end tower crane base and installed the tower base steel for 2nd crane. They don't appear to be as deep in the north end of pit along the north and east pit walls as the south end.

Nice. I was at McKenzie Lake one day last week and wanted to get a picture, which would have been this angle I think, but the receptionist didn't want me to go behind their door or take my phone and take the picture because of covid.

That doesn't surprise me, lawyers going to lawyer!

I was next door at 500 Talbot, and the owner of the unit was very accommodating to let me take photos, was telling me how he's been watching them work.

Also had a pretty cool view of one richmond, but I didn't think to take a photo.
