The view down East 11th Street towards the new Alexan Waterloo is a rather stunning new urban vista. Somebody should post a recent picture. Here is a recent googlemobile view. This part of town is coming together nicely. Lots of new small scale development immediately east of IH35 adjacent to 11th St. corridor.

Agreed. I enjoyed it while waiting in line to pick up my surprise Father's Day lunch from Franklin's BBQ.

Blurry pic but I thought the lighting looked great, it will definitely be noticeable in that part of town.

Go up on 11th Street east of the freeway and take a look. It actually presents a pretty handsome and urban vista when viewed from several blocks back on 11th. Some of that gets lost as you approach the freeway, but, oh well.

I like to see the attention to lighting that far away from the core of the core, so to speak.

Opened up at street level, it’s likely first residents are moving in.

They couldn't come up with something more creative for "Closet"? Come on, y'all! Everything else has a cheesy label. I feel cheated.

And they didn't even bother labeling the bathroom. I could come up with a half dozen creative names for that off the top of my head.

Ease, prepare and survey your empty wallet after paying rent, now slumber. Lol. Sorry it’s Monday.

That's $33,000 a year in rent for a lousy one bedroom with a view. That shitter better have concierge service for that kind of money.

Seems like having to go through the shitter to get from the bedroom to the closet and back would get old real quick.
