Yeah this Latimer Heights thing his kinda crazy. Transit oriented development scale except uhh no transit. If Langley doesn't get a Rapid bus going up and down 200th then this thing is going to contribute to the insanely bad automobile traffic Langley has.
Building on this site by the highway, well it's just lazy exploitation of some of the last remaining non-ALR greenfield around.
I expect that Langley will go gonzo for towers on Willowbrook like some sort of Brentwood 2.0. That would be the much, much more appealing place to build.
