Austin | 6th & Rio Grande (701 W. 6th) | 758 Feet | 66 Floors | Proposed
We knew this one was coming. But the site plan was finally filed today for 701 W. 6th. This was the Kairoi residential project mentioned in the ABJ a while back. The site plan states that it is a "vertical mixed-use" project with "Residential" as the proposed use.
