the only forummers who I have a problem with are the ones who complain about OT posts by, in turn, posting an OT complaint about posts that are OT...lol....the irony is rich.
Some of them also don't help add too much to the conversation beyond posting one liners line similar to...I don't like that....it needs to be taller.....I don't like the paint color....the devlpr should have included stores on the first floor....the bldg should have less parking....the design is too this, it's too that.
I don't recall posts of yours being like that, however....if anything, I think it was something you wrote that got me to look more closely at what's going on in NYC & London. Understanding dtla isn't complete enough without knowing the ins & outs of other cities. I was so blown away by the street life & night life of London, which isn't famous for highrises...& even more so since Covid still is around....that it reminded me why dtla doesn't have to worry about a lack of enough skyscrapers...it needs to worry about other things.
DT just needs to fill in the gaps, inc the parking lots & smaller obsolete bldgs, & keep the sidewalks as clean as possible....it needs to be made as attractive as possible.
LA also today enacted a vaccine mandate for stores & restaurants, so the ppl, businesses & devlprs of dtla....along with someone needing to finish the oceanwide proj....really now have their work cut out for them. A semi outsider like this youtuber may be part of that mix too.
He looks like he could be a character from the simpsons...lol...but, hey, he on occasion may even post to this forum on dtla.

Hello, my name is Scott Burns. One of the ways that I stay focused is to study penthouses in LA, Miami and New York City (Manhattan). Researching the penthouse lifestyle affords me the opportunity to visualize a future for myself....I want to make sure we can work together before we start talking about buying and selling a penthouse.
