as far as i know, alberta public health regulations still do not allow animals in restaurants unless it is a service animal.

Rocky Mountain perhaps as they permit our four legged friends and have a nice heated patio.

AHS does not permit them inside, but on the patio it is discretionary.

Yikes. "'The traps for mice are full': AHS closes downtown Edmonton restaurant with 24 violations"

"A Chinese restaurant in downtown Edmonton has been ordered to close after an inspection revealed a long list of health code violations, according to Alberta Health Services.
An AHS notice of closure document shows the inspection of P & L Chinese Restaurant, on 100 Avenue and 104 street, led to the discovery of "evidence of a heavy pest infestation."
"Cockroaches, sewer flies, mice, and large outdoor flies were observed in the facility," the document states. "The traps for mice are full. Live cockroaches at different developmental stages were observed. Mouse holes and nests located."

The website is slow to open, was likely written by some snot-nosed 12-year-old child, the menu is devoid of any inspiration, and posting pics of each menu item doesn't help matters.

BP’s Jasper/106 street had a fire in the basement Thursday morning. Not sure if it’s closed yet or not as a result.
