Damn I’m impressed with this plan. Regina’s plan looks very similar to ours in Winnipeg, however, it took us until we hit 800,000 people to actually unveil this plan (still 20 years away until complete so we’ll be probably at a Million by then). For a city of around 300,000 this is very promising.
By the way with the rapid transit, has it been revealed how the system will work? Is it going to be grade-seperated, dedicated corridors, Diamond lanes, or all of the above?
