Oh yes, indeed. Though it can get pretty damn hot in the evening, especially this time of year. But yes, sunsets are sometimes unreal with the colors and patterning of the clouds, really quite nice. My cat, unbeknownst to me, scratched the mesh until it was the size where I could stick my head out, haha. I make sure to keep it closed now so she doesn't get too curious and plummet 23 stories - all nine lives would be taken in one full downward descent.

^ That eastern side reminds me a bit of Landmark's long mid-section.

I was driving across King this afternoon, and as I got to about MacNab, seeing this tower made it feel like downtown was extended a lot farther west... with expectation of an urban canyon beyond Jackson Square.

Passing the AGH dampens those feelings, but with many of the lots slated to be filled with new towers in the coming years the perception will end up being true (especially if the stuff proposed for the north side of King happens, and Vranich gets his 25 storeys at Queen)

Driving south on Queen at night this really changes the feel of the street, even without any lights from the units!

Yup. The most overpriced lot in town and just a generally terrible location. Burn it with fire.

I saw these images of the scale model today, hadn't seen them posted on here before. Might be nice to have as a reference to the real build.

I see it's turning out a lot more blue than the concepts show.

I admit, with the glass being installed I'm starting to come around on this one

Quite like these drone shots, too

Someone fucked up... Also it seems like external work has slowsled significantly and interior work has ramped up. I see trucks full of drywall going in every day.

Probably no surprise, but it looks significantly less shabby after a patched holes and a paint job

Platinum is looking good.

With painted pre-cast, how often do the panels need to be repainted? I imagine they'll fade, especially the black.
