Definitely agree with all of that above. We're never going to get anywhere if we don't allow projects like the above. A negative recommendation doesn't kill it, as the city council could still approve the rezone, but I'm not sure how often the city council goes against the PC recommendations. I assume not very often at all.

I'm sure that if there are not any public plans available for that lot, that some will come up soon. No way a lot that valuable stays vacant for long in the current environment.
