looking city wide, i could only find 14 CA's where average household size actually increased:
lakeview
lincoln park
near north side
near south side
north center
clearing
dunning
edison park
forest glen
garfield ridge
hegewisch
norwood park
ohare
west ridge
so households are only increasing in average size in the
well-to-do urban core, and then a smattering of bungalow belt nabes all around the fringe. the middle is still getting squeezed.
