This same white spandrel is all over Amazing Brentwood and Altus. Would be nice if developers tried out some new materials every once in a while.

The floorplates look massive for the height.

At least there's no spandrel on the towers themselves (due to the shading from the wrap-around balconies)

the columns on tower 1, the furthest west tower are getting some kind of wrapping or boxing in starting now.

I would suggest tower one 4-6 month. Tower two 6-8 month. And 1.5-2 years for towers three and four.

Does anyone know how the floor count works? I you count every “livable” floor above transfer slab it appears to be one floor less.

I think you were trying to quote LeftCoaster instead of me:

While the two towers look impressive and tall, they are actually significantly "shorter" than Amazing Brentwood or even Altus. It doesn't feel like they would be so much downhill from the station area, but seen from our place they are around ten floors lower than aforementioned towers, which is surprising.

I am in the Facebook group for owners, and the superintendant from the contractor is also in the group sharing progress. He said based on his experience with a project this size, it will be 5.5-6.5 months after structure is done.

In Imgur click on the dots in the upper right corner for the sharing menu and select "share links" and then click and copy the one for bulletin boards - the [img] one.
That menu only appears when you first upload the images (afaik) - it isn't there if you got back in (but I do not sign-in when I post).

Developers shared with owners last week that move in will now be August 2023. almost an additional year added on. (for tower two specifically)

Oh wow. That’s a long time. They almost completed the concrete structure and even started work on sidewalks along Lougheed HWY. Good to know. Thanks.
Tower One looks even more completed, with crane removed back in July and lost of balconies been installed, however dual man elevator is still on it.

Did you mean Phase 2?

Is Phase 2 the one that's delayed? Ie Hillside East Tower 1&2
Or alternatively Tower 3/4?

I have not heard any info about Tower 2 on Hillside West being delayed.
