Those surface lots & USPS behind new realm need to be developed.

Here’s another angle that’s not as dated^^:

That may be true, but I’ll 2nd what bigstick had to say in the previous comment. This area has made leaps & bounds ahead in development over the last few years and the pace continues to be swift. I’m sure these parcels will have their turn, but it all can’t and doesn’t happen at once. I’m amazed by what HAS happened so far and is coming up right before our eyes right now.

Centennial Yards + South downtown, Summerhill, West Midtown. Hopefully, the transformation keeps on coming all over the city.

Isn't there supposed to be a total of three office structures - two connected and one independent. In the construction pictures I only see what looks like two office buildings. (See first few project forum pages)

I think this development catapults Old Fourth Ward above all of the other 'small' subareas (nodes) in the city. If and when the Ponce City Market hotel and office buildings are built, the area will definitely a true destination point.

The third office building is planned for a later phase.

Quote:
The first phase of the development includes a 480,000 square foot office building with street and BeltLine-facing retail, along with a hotel/social club. Future phases of the project will include approximately 1.2 million square feet of additional density.
