I would assume so. Since the project is already financed and U/C, they don't need pre-construction condo sales. But they should be announcing the switch rather soon I would think.

Revised Architectural Drawings show an overall height of 865' - 9" from average street level grade. I have not heard of any plan to change to a condo business model.

Are you really looking at the current "drawings"? That number (above average grade) seem eerily similar to the original drawings which showed a tower of ~873' above the lowest point.

Not sure they'll need one as they won’t need a mobile crane to assist. It will climb by adding sections to the mast via a climbing frame. Though it is a dangerous process I’m pretty sure it happens all the time without closing ROW.

Question, I know there’s a big difference in how Texas and California do business. But it would seem like the City of Austin would have that information when permits were pulled. That information should be public shouldn’t it?

It's 848' according to the city approved and released elevations. The 883' is only on approved FAA filings that were made after construction started. The issue is that there should also be some indication of a height change on a city site plan change or plan review filing, and that hasn't happened.
