Yes, 15000 or 75%. THF I think is listed at either 22,500 or 24,000, so 75% is 16,875 or 18,000.

Our ticket holder group did its draw recently. My take for 2021:

Sept 11 - Stamps
Sept 18 - Bombers
Oct 15 - Bombers
Nov 13 - Riders

Well, here we are a little more than 48 hours away from kickoff of week one of the 2021 CFL season!

I have to give a huge amount of credit where it's due... we are about to see a nearly full season kick off, with fans in the stands, no rule changes or league mergers, no teams have dropped off... this is a damn impressive accomplishment and I have to take my hat off to Randy Ambrosie. I have to admit that last winter I was worried about the possibility of another lost season that might end up being the league's undoing, but fortunately that has not come to pass. Ambroise has managed to steer the league out of the ditch and in doing so, has managed to save it. If the league can survive COVID, I think it's fair to say it's more durable than it gets credit for.

I'm looking forward to being in the stands Thursday night to see the Bombers and Ticats square off. Football is back!

Well said and I hope the teams get some support from fans in the stands, merchandise sales, whatever. Even high viewership on TSN.

I can't find any news on how ticket sales are going for the privately owned teams this year if the absence of 3down football created a fondness for it or not this off-season will be interesting

It would be interesting to know what season ticket sales have been like too.

The Ticats have been sitting on a lot of my money for more than a year including a Grey Cup ticket purchase. I'm pretty much a lock to remain a loyal ticket holder, and wasn't too fussed about it, but I wonder how many people (across the league) decided to get refunds? And how many returned upon learning 2021 was a go?

But yeah... football is back! Bring it!!! I'm REALLY looking forward to Thursday night.

I also just got a streaming package for TSN. We've "cut the cable" in our house, and while I'm sure there are freely available options out there for watching the games, I don't mind supporting the CFL and one of its major stakeholders that way either.
