What exactly are you looking for from Biltmore?

Tech Square has several "squares". There's the one in front of the business school on West Peachtree. One inside the business school building. There's another inside the hotel/behind waffle house. Then there's the square across from Waffle House. Finally, there's the fifth ave plaza on the bridge. Not sure how much more open space the area needs.

Edgewood is an epicenter of culture in Atlanta and hopefully we retain the ratio of local places as this and other new developments nearby deliver. Hopefully the Portman office and the residential bu the BeltLine break ground soon, complementing the Krog infill projects also under construction.

Would also love to see the public storage redeveloped. With the streetcar extension to PCM, I think we’re about to see a construction boom between the east side trail and Downtown. Much like what was initially projected to occur with the initial delivery of the streetcar.
