Would it have killed them to do the waterfront in the renders along that straight eastern edge? People enjoy sitting on patios of shops facing a water in some kind of boardwalk feel. Incredible, and unsurprising, missed opportunity.

Can you at least take a kayak or canoe on it, or will that be prohibited?
