You can see the beginnings of the facade on the lower floors of the Winship. I think it will compliment BofA well.

wondering the same thing. My neighborhood too. Memorial at Moreland desperately needs a make-over. The double traffic light right there at Arkwright is eventually supposed to go away too.

Thank God - I typically avoid that light and go out of my way to avoid that intersection entirely.

Those people who own the lots between the development above and the intersection are sitting on gold mines
