Steel rebar installation in SE corner for ground floor slab underway now. Suspect they are planning to complete the SE corner and get the concrete pour by end of week or next week before moving to the next section. HCM Foundations crew now drilling new caisson pilings behind the old law office in the NW corner. Should likely take the next 2 weeks to complete followed by excavation of the north end of pit. Could take a couple of months to complete the full pit excavation and see a 2nd tower crane.

Concrete trucks have been onsite to pour the caisson pilings at the NW corner this week. Steel rebar installations have been a work in progress in the SE corner for the ground floor slab. They have stood up the steel rebar for a number of the 1st floor posts in the SW corner.

Officially above ground now with a couple of the ground floor posts now poured. The SE corner ground slab steel rebar is almost ready for the pour. They have made good progress on ground floor slab rebar on the west side for south tower. Looks like they are making good progress on the caisson pilings in the NW corner behind the old law office walls.

Glad to see this finally picking up the pace, hopefully it continues without any issue.
Are they doing the entire foundation for both towers?

They poured the SE corner ground floor slab under the south tower today. The NW corner under the south tower is progressing well with steel rebar for ground floor slab.

They have poured the NW corner of the south tower ground floor slab now too. Just need to finish the NE corner of south tower steel rebar to complete the ground level slab. Making progress with steel rebar and forming of ground floor posts and walls.

HCM caisson drilling machine now gone from site. Appear to have finished the pilings in the NW side now. Should see excavation restarted soon of the north end of pit. Some progress on finishing the ground slab on the NE side under south tower. Alot of custom forming for the lobby entrance along the east side. A few more of the 1st floor walls and posts have been poured.

Excavator and dump trucks are back. Digging out the north end of pit now. Will likely go to about 3 meters first and bring in the horizontal drilling machine to install the cable bracing into the concrete pilings. Then dig out the next 3 meters and repeat until they reach the bottom depth. Suspect that will take the next 2 months. Should be working on the footings and sump pump pit under the elevator shaft by Oct. Might have the floating raft slab formed and steel rebar and poured by end of year.

Have a few more posts and walls poured now. Have started forming for the west side wall which frames the entrance to the parking garage from Fullerton St. HCM is back with the cable bracing drilling rig and they appear to be installing the horizontal cable braces in the NW corner of pit now under the old law office wall facades. Once they complete that they will dig the pit another 3 meters deeper and repeat.

Have now got about a 40 foot section of west ground floor wall poured. Have removed the sidewalk cover along Fullerton and pushed the concrete barrier south into the street. Have now drilled the first row of horizontal cable anchors into the new pit walls in the NW corner. Should see them caped this week. Would expect excavator and dump trucks back the following weeks to dig out the next 3 meters of the north end of pit. Still have alot of 1st floor wall and posts to form and pour under south tower.
