This week, “professionals” on #Vancouver’s Urban Design Panel called for a citywide freeze on new housing construction, suggested eliminating 400k sqft of city owned homes because too many people live Downtown, & boasted about giving the city a taste of its own medicine #VanRe
Did senior city staff push back on any of these comments, which included a landscape architect admitting to drinking on the job? The answer is sadly no. We’ve defended these volunteers in the past, but this behavior shows a body in desperate need of reform or abolishment.

This is too wonderful to read.
I love how the City is slowly starting to show its true face.
THIS is your leadership.
THIS is who has been advising on the City's path and growth.
THIS is the reality of it all.
Its people like this sitting at the top making all the wrong decisions for far too long.
So many of us have always said it, and so many will be vindicated as these "professionals" here continue to be exposed for the frauds they are.
This City needs an enema, and it has for years. Hopefully more people come to realize it sooner than later so we can all move on and once again work to build a positive reality for all.
