The fact that we are STILL lacking official renderings is starting to get quite annoying.

Didn't either JP Morgan or the architects state that renderings would be released once demolition was complete? Unless I'm missing some demo that still needs to be done

I don't think they care about providing us a rendering. But they should be given the full building permit. And in that case, they would be required to put a rendering on site. Didn't see one earlier however.
