Thanks for the updates. I haven't worked or been in this area since the end of last year, was curious to know how it turned out.

The rental tower had its fencing taken down last week. It's mostly landscaped now. Looks like it could get move-ins soon, the website did say move-ins would start in June. But there seems to be some work going on still. The strata tower has quite a bit of exterior work to go.
There seem to be some people living in the strata tower now, not many but there are signs of life in some of the units. Some of the outside might need some small work done as there seem to be workers on the outside most mornings still.

Looks like the back of Hensley has planters - so maybe the adjacent redeveopment of the shopping plaza (whenever that happens)
won't be butted up to it - at least not to the same height?
I wonder how they will position towers when they redo the Cariboo Plaza which is inevitable. Hopefully the Hensley people don't lose their views too much.
