Especially since it's Spanish. It would be more suitable for a tapas bar, IMO.

This fits the trend in Moncton of adding Asian food to every menu.
Like Alto's Greek restaurant in Riverview is now Alto Restaurant and Sushi.

Why excel at 1 particular cuisine when you can make average food from many?

I admit I get annoyed at the slightest things but this Ole restaurant is clearly being opened by someone who has no idea what kind of food they are serving and this is likely a case where 'Oriental Cuisine' stands for 'throw some soy sauce on it'.

I'm assuming this is a new street off of Champlain? Lorraine?

The podiums are clunky but the scale is nice. Probably would have preferred it without the on-street parking but could be worse. A good example of how to build scalable urban areas.

This is the general design planned for all of downtown Dieppe - street fronts with ground level retail, and 2-3 levels of residential above. This includes the area from Acadie to College, between Champlain and Gauvin Road. This will create a rather unique appearing downtown core for Dieppe - walkable and pedestrian oriented. Gauvin between Rue du Marche and Champlain become nearly completely pedestrianized (local hotel and delivery traffic).

There are now excavators on site at the future location of Moncton Jaguar/Land Rover on Aviation Blvd., next to the Subaru dealership. Construction must be imminent.

We happened to be driving there earlier today and they haven't excavated yet, some concrete drainage pipes so could be just that but the sign remains up stating it'll be open in late 2021 (I forget) when so it does appear to be a good sign!

This is more than just drainage pipe installation. They have levelled off the land where the Jag/Land Rover dealership is being built, and there is a construction trailer on site. Construction is definitely imminent.

There is a fairly large lot on the south side of Aviation Blvd, just beyond the Mercedes-Benz dealership with is being cleared, with initial site prep underway. Anyone have any ideas what's going on???

Also, footings are starting to go in the ground for the new Land Rover/Jaguar dealership, also on Aviation Blvd.
