I find it funny that all the schlock is on the west side of Broad. Every building from the Philadelphia School District building to the LVL development is terribly designed with respect to Broad Street.

If anything, I take solace in the fact that JKRP will, when LVL is done, look across the street and see a new building that blows their crock of shit out of the water.
Anyone know what the actual final design of LVL is? JKRP posted a new rendering on their Instagram a few months ago that appears to have been modified from the initial proposal. It actually looks somewhat tolerable. It was also posted on the engineer's site...
