early Fall as in Early-Mid October is what I am thinking, so that would be 5ish months.
I drive both ways through the area today and I really think this will solve the current issues short term for sure. mid-term. not so sure.
also the new overpass/lane show in the shot above looks amazing in person. long needed and should really make that onramp much safer.
