Sooo happy Oakland has a proposal that is above the ~420' common threshold and breaks the table top skyline developing. My only wish was that it had a bit more form breakup so it doesn't just look like another extruded rectangle from far away. Or at least some articulation or shape at the crown.
Either way I hope this gets built and shows other developers that higher buildings are viable in the downtown core.
