That glass looks great! I hope the curved form won't cause sun rays to be focused to burn people like happened with the walkie-talkie building in London.

That seems unlikely - the curved face looks towards the north.

Yeah and even then the building curves so much that at any point in the day most of the curves would only have certain window panes reflecting at a single point vs the almost parabolic surface of the walkie talkie building.

I like how each pane reflects something different.

Great looking facades.
I like the panels along the slab.

Just avoid being in the area of Fenchurch Street mid-day summer .

At least you can go up to the Sky Garden to enjoy an awesome view of London.

Cladding reminds me of the stainless steel used on the skins of Cesar Pelli's Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur:

Good call it really does.

This one is shaping up well, I think the completed tower should look very sharp.

Excellent update, mcminsen. Thank you.

Capped by city restrictions, this tower is more than half complete already. Only 13 more floors plus mechanical penthouse to go.

I don't mind this tower but there is a dated aspect to the glass, as if it was designed to harmonize with the building beside it, which will be reclad anyways.
