What a shit show. So sale by POA means the land is for sale I suppose and will likely be developed into something at least. The city should buy it and turn it into residential and movie studios as the area is planned for.

This has apparently sold to "Reach Digital" for $9.75 million.

They appear to be a SEO and marketing company so I'm not sure what they are doing sinking $10 million into a high-risk development property but..

That is very odd... A bit disappointed to hear since the Aeon studios project shows a bit of promise and this... Well I'd be surprised if they get anything off the ground and I live right beside this property basically so it sucks to see that this will be vacant for the foreseeable future.

Maybe they plan to build an office/residential complex?? I don't know what the thought process would be.

The project is already well underway, information about the plans were shared in public session at Council during summer.

Has anyone heard anything about this? There was apparently plans shared last summer with council, but we've heard nothing.
