From what I hear from the residents involved in the deficiencies brochure for Vancouver House, Westbank in not using ICON for The Butterfly. Seems many of the residents in Vancouver House are placing the blame squarely on ICON for the mess there.

Icon West Construction are building the Butterfly. They build Westbank projects exclusively, although as we know, not all Westbank projects are built by Icon. Their business address is adjacent to that of Westbank Projects Corp.

That website is literally just a slideshow of previous projects, no additional history or contact information.. Pretty sure they're the 'in-house' consturction team that is set-up as a subsidiary for Westbank.

Didn't a bunch of senior managers leave the Vancouver House project mid-project.

Isn't Icon owned by a certain luxury developer? I think it's the one that uses art washing and over seas marketing as its main sales strategy..

If residents are blaming ICON, they are blaming Westbank.

Its ultimately the developer that's responsible for the product.

You don't blame the nameless company that made the defective part of your phone, you blame Apple or Samsung. And that's who you expect answers from.

A developer is an aggregator of talent to execute a project.

Westbank wants to be luxury in name only. 🞵🞵🞵🞵 products that look pretty with poor customer support.

That unit right above Autostrada reminds me of Charles Bar in the Woodward condo... just horrible placement for the residents who live up right above...
