That's Pacific Point II. It was a stratified rental building until 2014 when it was 'renovated' and sold off. It's having the envelope and windows replaced by the strata. There was a claim alleging misrepresentation of the condition of the building envelope, but for now the work appears to be covered by a special Levy.

This afternoon

Disregard all my previous pics of the Office Tower's entrance progress.
My phone was set on time-travel picture taking...Sorry about that.

It's an ambitious design, hope they don't give up or down grade it. Take a deep breath and start again.

Q3 and Q4 respectively?

Thanks for the photos. So, it seems like they're just going to leave curtain wall unit with the incorrect ceramic frit in place. That's unfortunate. Though, perhaps, there's a fair bit of lag time for the manufacturer to make a replacement piece and when it's ready, it will be installed.

I'm more disturbed by the obvious switch to low-iron glass from level 3 down, along with the whiter band of spandrel than the others. Normally I love low iron glass, but not when it splits a continuous surface Wall-Center style.

The bottom 3 floors are the car showroom. The upper floors are office - hence the deliberate differentiation.
